El personal muy amable. Pensión muy muy centrica
Todo muy sucio y viejo. Necesita una reforma y una limpieza integral. Los baños compartidos daban asco. La persona que nos atendió solo hablaba inglés y era muy complicado entenderse con el.Mucho ruido del resto de habitaciones. Nuestra estancia no ha sido nada agradable.
Tres bon séjour en famille à la pension.hôtel super bien placé.manque peut être un investissement sur la climatisation mais pour seulement 3 nuits les ventilateurs ont suffit. Pour une prochaine fois, nous prendrons sans doute une réservation ici.

La pensión tiene todo lo básico necesario y una ubicación fenomenal. Existe una norma según la cual no se puede hacer ningún ruido, ni bañarse, entre las 11 pm y las 9 am. Esto no es bueno. Teníamos un vuelo a las 7 am y tuvimos que irnos sin bañarnos.

Muy mal! No aircondition, we only got a fan that was broken and made so much noise it was really hard to sleep. Way too warm in the summer. Once he went into our room to turn of the fan while we weren't there, but he never came in to clean or even take the trash. He said we were too loud just when we were talking in our room. We only got 1 key and when I went home early and fell asleep, He didn't open for them even though he said it's always open downstairs. They ended up looking for a hotel for 3 hours and not getting in to our room until 8 am. We moved to a friend after two days, but we kept the key until the last day because we weren't expecting our money back. When I gave it back he said after he saw that there weren't any luggage in our room he just cleaned if up for new guests. But we paid for 5 nights and didn't told him we were leaving so we could have an extra key somewhere.
Très bon emplacement et accueil sympathique, la pension arosa est une très bonne adresse . Nous conseillons vivement et reviendrons lors d un prochain séjour à Barcelonne sans hésitation.

Nos gusto mucho nuestra estancia en la pension arosa - todo esta muy limpio, hay refrigerador y todo lo que se necesita para un precio muy muy bueno! __________ Die Pension Arosa ist sehr empfehlenswert für Reisende mit kleinem Geldbeutel - man bekommt dafür alles was man braucht! Einen unkomplizierten Gastgeber, saubere Toiletten/Dusche und ein Bett!

Lucho es muy amable y te ofrece una estancia comoda. Fue una estancia maravillosa y yo recomedaria este pension a mis amigos.

Basic conditions bur for reasonable price. Very nice view through balconies although very noisy early morning when windows opened.
